Recover works with your customers' names, your quotes and your invoices. That deserves care. The rule at the center of the product is simple: nothing is ever sent without your approval. The rest of this page explains the controls around it, in plain words.
01 · The approval gate
Nothing is ever sent without your approval
Recover finds and drafts. People decide. The gate is enforced by the system: an unapproved send is refused.

A follow-up is written with the reason and the evidence rows attached. It is a draft, nothing more.

Approve, edit or reject. The decision is logged with who made it. Without an approval, a send is refused.

Guardrails you set
Beyond the gate, you set limits Recover will not cross: a maximum discount percentage and a maximum number of contacts per day. Custom Skills hold your rules, such as "never offer a discount above 5%" (example).
The Reva P1 desk robot, now a prototype, follows the same rule: she can tell you something waits, but she never approves or sends anything.

AI that shows its work and waits for you
Recover uses AI to find and draft. It does not make decisions for you, and it does not replace your people.
Evidence behind every finding
Each opportunity shows its reason, the evidence rows (the email, the quote, the invoice), a score and a confidence. Finance can check every number.
No auto-send
Drafts are proposals. A named person approves, edits or rejects each one, and the system refuses an unapproved send.
Skills are your rules
Custom Skills are the house style, tone, etiquette, knowledge and limits you give Recover. Recover uses your data and your Skills in every scan and draft.

Can Recover send an email without a person approving it?
No. Every follow-up is a draft until a named person approves it. An unapproved send is refused by the system, and every approval is logged with who approved it.
Does raw email leave our computers?
Not with the Windows local agent. The agent indexes email and accounting exports on your own computer; raw email stays on the device and only redacted records sync. With a Gmail or Outlook connection, Recover scans quotes, invoices and email threads to find opportunities. With the CSV route, Recover only sees the rows you upload.
Is our data encrypted?
Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS, and the database is encrypted at rest by the cloud provider.
Who handles card payments?
